Clinical Excellence, Compassionate Care
Ingrid Chadd is a dedicated nutrition professional with a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and more than 18 years of clinical and community experience across the United States and Venezuela.
She has worked at the bedside of some of the most complex patients in healthcare — from critically ill infants in the NICU to children undergoing bone marrow transplants at Seattle Children’s Hospital — bringing evidence-based nutrition support, genuine compassion, and a deep respect for cultural identity to every interaction.
Her clinical background spans surgery, cardiology, oncology, endocrinology, and intensive care, with expertise in medical nutrition therapy, enteral and parenteral nutrition, and therapeutic diet planning.
A Passion for Chronic Disease Prevention
Ingrid has a particular passion for helping individuals manage and prevent chronic disease through the power of food. She works closely with patients navigating diabetes — providing practical guidance on blood sugar management, carbohydrate awareness, and sustainable eating habits — and with those seeking heart-healthy dietary strategies to reduce cardiovascular risk.
Her approach integrates clinical rigor with real-world lifestyle coaching, recognizing that lasting change comes from understanding not just what to eat, but why it matters and how to make it work in everyday life.
Beyond the Clinic
Beyond the clinic, Ingrid serves as a Nutrition Educator with Anticancer Lifestyle, guiding individuals through evidence-based strategies to reduce inflammation and strengthen natural defenses during and after a cancer diagnosis.
Her bilingual fluency in English and Spanish — paired with a lifelong sensitivity to the diverse cultures of her patients and families — has made her a trusted bridge between healthcare teams and the communities they serve.
Earlier in her career in Venezuela, she contributed to national dietary guidelines for young children and expectant mothers, work that reflects her commitment to nutrition at every stage of life.
